		<description>It is uncanny how many times when my judgment predicts all my efforts are for naught and headed in the wrong direction... if   I take an objective look... I recognize I&#039;ve not gotten enough sleep several days in a row.   I don&#039;t like extra sleep -- the pillows and blankets steal our lives from us.  But getting the right amount is always a good idea.   So next time things seem grim... take a sleep inventory.  Maybe it&#039;s not the future but rather the judgment that is flawed simply due to temporary weariness.</description>
